Sell new technology to past customers

Wow, how do you do that? Those customers were completed months or years ago.
Well if they are tech savvy like we are, they were thinking about the next "thing" while you were there putting in the current system.
Here is what we suggest, drop them a line, either a call or an e-mail and say " we now carry_________, are you interested?" If they are then take a look at our Wifi, Lighting Control or CCTV lines and fill in the blank.
With Wifi we suggest asking if they have wifi everywhere they need it including the yard or parking lot. If not OMNI-WiFi offers 6 to 10K of coverage (for a business suggest the dual SSID for public and private networks).
With Lighting Control, be cautious because of the economy most people will not spring for an entire makeover. We suggest the PCS Lighting 4 room kit to start with at a package price. Once your customer uses this they will want to add more as time and money allow. We know this because we are saving to add more swithes here!
CCTV is also pricy but more and more are considering it a necessity. Once again try place a 4 camera solution or even just one of Hunt's new H.264 IP Cams to see what your customer thinks.
We hope these ideas have helped, as our economy rebounds here and there you may be surprised to learn that some of your past clients really do need you to call them, good luck and if all goes well, give us a call...
